Transition:
becoming a pupil of
Codsall Middle School

It's important to us that transition is as successful and stress-free as it can be.

We work in partnership with parents and with a child's current school to make this significant change a positive experience for all involved:

Transition days - two days for Year 4 pupils, one for Year 7,
Parent meetings - opportunities to meet key members of staff,
Summer Club (Year 4 to 5)
Sharing information between schools,
Additional transition opportunities for pupils with SEND.
